May Lee Sue Wee has been recognised as the record holder for 10 consecutive years as the Champion Agency Manager of Hong Leong Assurance (HLA) at its recent Annual Awards Presentation. Ms Lee was also one of the finalists for Insurance Agent of the Year at the 2nd Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards organised by Asia Insurance Review and LIMRA earlier this year, which attracted some 350 entries from more than 25 companies across the region.
HLA broke its company records with a total gross premium of MYR3 billion (US$711.45 million) during the previous Financial Year of 2016/2017. It also achieved the highest number of MDRT achievers in its history with 235 MDRTs with 7 TOTs and 6 COTs in 2017.

Over 1,000 awardees received awards in various award categories during its Annual Awards Presentation held in conjunction with its two-day sales convention.
