Singapore: Manulife introduces its first-ever recognition programme for high-performing financial consultants

Manulife Singapore has introduced Manulife Pro, its first-ever comprehensive premier recognition programme, which provides the top-performing financial consultants from Manulife (Singapore) and Manulife Financial Advisers with differentiated and dedicated resources and tools.

First introduced in Singapore, the Manulife Pro programme will expand to other markets across Asia this year, according to a press release. 

Manulife Pro goes beyond industry-standard accolades and addresses specific challenges facing financial consultants, including swift underwriting support to increase efficiency, and enhanced customer engagement services with access to prospect leads.

Manulife Pro comes in three tiers – Gold, Diamond and Platinum – determining the benefits and business support available to the consultants.

To qualify, Manulife financial consultants must serve a tenure of at least 12 months and meet rigorous criteria such as achieving consistent membership of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), the worldwide group for leading insurance consultants. They must also maintain an excellent customer track record and demonstrate high business quality, among other requirements. Manulife Pro launches with 200 financial consultants as the inaugural class of programme participants.

Manulife Singapore will be rolling out dedicated underwriting support for Manulife Pro consultants, allowing customers to enjoy quicker policy approvals, more personalised underwriting consultations, and support for complex cases, resulting in a more seamless and satisfying experience.

Manulife Pro consultants can now tap into lead generation benefits to better engage with existing and potential customers. A popular benefit among Manulife Pro consultants is receiving a regular stream of prospect leads per month, helping them build a healthy pipeline of potential clients.

Manulife Pro consultants will also receive professionally designed web pages on Manulife Singapore's website, featuring their profiles, including certifications, accolades, and transformative customer stories. This enhancement not only helps financial consultants expand their digital presence, but also allows potential customers to easily access their profiles and connect with them directly.

Other benefits include workshops on social media engagement, early access to Manulife Private Client Services to better serve high net worth customers, and priority access to customer engagement events to foster deeper connections with them.
