Asia: Top insurance agents and advisers honoured at 11th ATLAA Awards

Some of Asia Pacific's leading insurance agents, financial advisers, agency leaders and industry executives were honoured at the 11th Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards (ATLAA) 2026, held on 19 August at the Centara Grand & Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld in Bangkok.

The awards recognise excellence across the region’s life insurance and financial advisory profession, celebrating individuals and organisations that have demonstrated outstanding performance, leadership, professionalism, innovation and commitment to clients.

This year’s winners came from markets across Asia, reflecting the diversity and depth of the region’s insurance industry.

The winners were:

  • Rookie Insurance Agent of the Year: Ignatius Lim, AIA FA Singapore
  • Insurance Agent of the Year: Chang Wei Lin, AIA Singapore
  • Financial Adviser of the Year: Elijah Tan Haojie, PFPFA
  • Rookie Insurance Agency Leader of the Year: A.H. Sajeewa Pushpitha, Softlogic Life Insurance
  • Insurance Agency Leader of the Year: Lisa Tsui, AIA International
  • Digital Agent/Agency Leader of the Year: Seven Huang, AIA International
  • Inspirational Agent/Leader of the Year: Cissy Wong, AIA International
  • Digital Transformation of the Year: AIA Singapore, AIA+
  • Health Insurance Agent of the Year: Kao Yi-Hung, Nan Shan Life Insurance
  • Employee Benefits Consultant of the Year: Anthony Wong, AIA International
  • Employee Benefits Provider of the Year: AIA Hong Kong & Macau, Corporate Solutions
  • Bank Partner of the Year: Hatton National Bank
  • Young Executive of the Year: Lin Hung-Chieh, Cathay Life Insurance
  • Executive Champion of the Year: Cindy Cui, Allianz China Life Insurance
  • Insurance Company of the Year: Singlife
  • The prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award went to Peter Chin of AIA International, in recognition of his long-standing contribution to the insurance industry and his role in developing generations of agents and agency leaders.

The 11th ATLAA Awards were organised by Asia Insurance Review and Asia Advisers Network, with LIMRA as co-organiser, AIA as strategic partner and KPMG as scrutineer. The awards recognise agents, advisers and industry leaders who have helped raise professional standards while strengthening the trust and human relationships at the heart of the insurance industry.

The winners were selected through a rigorous judging process involving an expert panel of industry leaders and professionals, with KPMG independently monitoring the process.
