CTF Life has partnered with Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong, CUHK Medical Centre, and Hong Kong Baptist Hospital to boost its medical service network.
The insurer has also become the first to collaborate with Gleneagles MediCentre in Admiralty to launch an exclusive health management programme for its customers.
The three hospitals and their affiliated medical centres have officially joined CTF Life’s PrimeChamp Doctor Network, which now provides territory-wide coverage across Hong Kong.
The expanded network offers customers priority referrals, faster appointment scheduling, and direct billing services.
Under the arrangement, Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong will serve as CTF Life’s designated network partner on Hong Kong Island.
The insurer’s collaboration with Gleneagles MediCentre will include exclusive programmes such as gastroscopy, colonoscopy, and wart removal services focused on preventive health management.
CUHK Medical Centre will serve as the network partner for the New Territories, offering access to its multidisciplinary medical team and advanced diagnostic and treatment facilities.
The hospital’s strong research background and clinical expertise aim to deliver high-quality care to CTF Life customers.
In Kowloon, Hong Kong Baptist Hospital will act as the network partner under its “One Hospital, Multiple Service Sites” model.
Its East Kowloon Medical Centre in Ngau Tau Kok will provide pre-approved direct billing for cataract surgery and oncology treatments, along with mental health services to support psychological well-being.
