Jason’s Day-2 advice:

In the previous video, you’ve been advised to send out a physical letter explaining to your customers their Coronavirus protection details.

Do send them some surgical masks if you have some spare ones. Or some ingredients that your customers could DIY their own hand sanitiser.

Once you have mailed this package out, it is time for you to drop your customer a text message informing them that you have sent them a mail containing details on their Coronavirus coverage Remember, do not reveal the small gift gesture just yet.
 

FAQs and interesting insights

On top of this update, do share with your customers some insights, frequently asked questions that many of your customers are still seeking answers for, or unsure of.

For instance:

  • Why the Scoot passengers were not infected even when they were travelling on the same plane with one infected with Coronavirus?
     
  • Can you actually recycle the mask after you have used them?
     
  • Can the Coronavirus survive in a courier package I have bought from Taobao?
     
  • Or some drinks that they can drink of food they can consume to boost their immune system naturally?

Just take note, whatever that you send, do not send all the information at one go. Your customers may be overwhelmed and may find it annoying.
